Services

KW Rehabilitation offers a wide range of assessments and services to meet your rehabilitation needs.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Occupational therapists provide assessment and intervention services to empower individuals to overcome functional barriers. Their services enable engagement in meaningful daily activities that promote health and well-being.

Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSW)

Working under the supervision of a regulated healthcare provider (OT, Physio, Speech-Language Pathologist), RSWs work with individuals to enable their participation in daily activities and re-integrate into the community after a functional change. They implement strategies and tools provided by regulated health providers to address physical, cognitive and affect barriers and promote recovery from injuries and functional limitations.

Case Management

Often viewed as the leader on the rehabilitation team, the case manager oversee the medical and rehabilitation needs of their clients by advocating for and facilitating access to services. The case manager co-ordinates services and facilitate collaboration of multi-disciplinary providers on shared goals.

“Occupational Therapy.

Hopeless into hope. Can’t into can. Impossible into possible.”
