We were approached by a professor at a local university to put together a brief video on how to use social media within the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario’s (COTO) guideline and standards. The video would be shown to OT, PT, Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology students for an inter-professional event (IPE). We created a brief video explaining some of the questions we have had and thoughts we have reflected on when making our social media posts. The last part of our IPE talk was an Instagram post which outlines some of the guidelines provided by COTO on the Use of Social Media and is provided below.
